Survivin及P53在胃癌组织中表达相关性分析

目的检测胃癌组织中Survivin和P53的表这，探讨其与胃癌临床病理参数的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测60例胃癌组织及7例正常胃粘膜组织中Survivin和P53的表达。结果7例正常胃粘膜组织中Survivin和P53均无表达。而在60例胃癌组织中Survivin阳性表达34例，阳性率为56．7％，P53阳性表达39例，阳性率为65％．差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）；Survivin表这与胃癌组织学分级、淋巴结转移及肿瘤的TNM分期具有相关性，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；Survivin的知达与P53蛋白的表这呈显著相关（P〈0．05）。结论Survivin在胃癌组织中表达率升高，提示Survivin对胃癌发生发展起重要作用。抑癌基因P53失活，使其对Sttrvivin阻遏作用消除。Survivin就可出现过表达。

Significance and expression of survivin and p53 in gastric carcinoma

Objective To detect the expression of surviving and Protein-53 (P-53) in tissues of gastric cancer patients and its relationship with pathogenic parameters of gastric cancer. Methods The expression of survivin and P-53 in gastric and mucous tissues of 60 gastric cancer patients and 7 normal subjects was determined by immunohistochemistry. Results Survivin and P53 was not expressed in 7 normal subjects. Survivin was expressed in 34 of the 60 cancer patients with ad positive rate of 56.7% and P-53 was expressed in 39 of the 60 cancer patients with a positive rate of 65.0%, showing significant difference (P<0.05). The expression of surviving was associated with the histological grading of gastric cancer tissue, lymphatic node metastasis and TNM phasing (P<0.05). The expression of surviving was significantly correlated with the expression of P-53 (P<0.05). Conclusion The increased expression of survivin in gastric cancer tissue is associated with the genesis of gastric cancer. The inactivation of P-53 will remove the inhibition of surviving, then give rise to the excessive expression of surviving.
