摘    要:目的:研究甲苯咪唑药盐和复方甲苯咪唑群众性驱虫的效果。方法:按《全国肠道蠕虫病防治试点方案》,选择乐长市与南靖县的4个村为试点,进行观察。结果;两批驱虫3年后,总感染率分别由原来的91.4%,85.7%,70.1%和80.6%,下降至25.3%,14.6%,1.8%和3.5%。其中钩虫下降率为96.5%-98.8%。蛔虫下降率17.6%-97.4%。鞭虫下降率82.7%-88.5%。南靖县防治效果

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study on the effectiveness of mass deworming, using the salt with Mebendazoli and Mebendazoli composite. METHODS According to" The National Pilot Scheme of Controlling intestinal Helminthiasis", 4 villages in Changle city and Naming county were selected as pilot spots in Fujian. RESULTS After 2 times of mass deworming using the salt, the total infection rates of intestinal helminth in 4 villages reduced from 91. 4%, 85. 7%, 70. 1 % and 80. 6% to 25. 3%, 14. 6%, 1. 8% and 3. 5% respectively 3 years later. The reduced rate of hookworm was 96. 5% to 98. 8%, ascarid and trichuris was 57. 6% to 97. 4% and 82. 7% to 88. 5% respectively. The effectiveness has achieved the goal of helminth control. CONCLUSION The medicated salt is easy to take and the cure rate is high. Therefore, mass deworming with the salt can be applied in the community people.
