摘    要:为探讨甘油三酯、非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇在脑血管意外发病中的作用及其临床意义 ,选取 182名脑梗死及脑出血患者作为实验组 ,对照组为 15 0名身体健康的体检者 ,分别测定血清甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDLC) ,根据Friedewald公式计算出低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDLC ) ,并按Frost法计算出非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(nHDLC)的含量。结果表明 :脑梗死及脑出血组 (即实验组 )患者 ,其血清TG、nHDLC含量与正常对照组比较差异均有显著性 ;但两组组间比较差异无显著性。认为高甘油三脂血症与脑血管病的发病有确切的关系 ;nHDLC增高与脑梗死、脑出血等脑血管疾病有关。

Abstract:This study aims to investigate the roles of Triglyceride(TG) and non-High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(nHDLC) in the occurrence of cerebrovascular disorders and their clinical significance. 182 patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage were chosen to be the experimental group, and 150 healthy individuals receiving the routine examination were the control group. In these two groups, the blood serum TG, total cholesterol(TC) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC) were evaluated. Also the content of Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(LDLC) were calculated according to the Friedewald formula, and the content of nHDLC was also calculated by the Frost method. Results showed that there were statistical differences between the content of blood serum TG and nHDLC in the experimental group and that in the control group. But there were no significant differences in the comparison between the groups themselves. This indicates that the occurrence of hypertriglyceridemia had a definite correlation with the occurrence of cerebrovascular disease, and an increase of nHDLC had a correlation with cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage and cerebrovascular disease.
