| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨性激素水平的变化在男性消化性溃疡发病中的意义及作用。方法 :用放射免疫法测定 60例患者治疗前后 6种性激素水平。结果 :治疗后血清睾酮、促卵泡生成素水平较治疗前明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。雌二醇、孕酮、泌乳素、促黄体生成素治疗前后无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :血清睾酮、促卵泡生成素水平的动态变化与消化性溃疡病的发生发展明显相关

| Abstract: | Objective:Study effect of changes of sex hormone levels in disease of peptic ulcer.Method:To determine serum 6 sex hormone levels of patients before and after treatment by radioimmunity test.Result:The levels of serum testosterone and follitropin had increased evidently after treatment.There were no significant defferences in values of serum estradiol,progesterone,lutropin,prolactin after treatment and before.Conclusion:The changes of values of serum testosterone and follitropin are evidently related to the occurrence and development of peptic ulcer. |
