Fhit和Survivin在乳腺癌进展过程中的表达和意义

目的探讨Fhit和Survivin在乳腺癌进展过程巾的表达和意义。方法用免疫组化S＋P法检测5例正常乳腺组织，5例增生乳腺组织，15例原位乳腺癌组织，60例浸润性乳腺癌组织中Fhit蛋白、Survivin蛋白的表达。结果Fhit蛋自在乳腺癌组织中的阳性率明显低于正常乳腺组织或增生乳腺组织，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。Survivin在乳腺正常组织、乳腺增生组织、乳腺原位癌组织及乳腺癌组织中的阳性率分别为0％（0／5）。0％（0／5），33．3％（5／15）和66．7％（40／60），比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；在乳腺肿瘤组织中，随组织学病理分级的增加、临床分期的进展和腋窝淋巴结的转移，Fhit蛋白表达阳性率逐渐F降，Survivin表达强阳性率则逐渐上升，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；Fhit蛋白、Survivin蛋白表达相关（P〈0．00I）。结论Fhit、Survivin在乳腺癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用，联合检测可为乳腺癌的早期诊断、进一步治疗及预后判断提供必要的理论依据。

The Expression and Significance of Fhit, Survivin in Progression of Breast Carcinoma

Objective To study the expression and significance of Fhit protein,Survivin protein in progression of breast carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical staining S-P method was used to detect the expression of Fhit protein,Survivin protein in 5 cases normal mammary,5 cases with hyperplasia mammary,15 cases with carcinoma in situ and 60 cases with invasive breast carcinoma.Results The positive expression rate of Fhit protein in breast carcinoma was lower than that in normal breast(P<0.05).the expressions rates of Survivin in the tissues of normal mammary,hyperplasia mammary,carcinoma in situ,and invasive breast carcinoma were 0%(0/5),0%(0/5),33.3%(5/15)and 66.7%(40/60) respectively,and there were statistical significance compared with each other(P<0.05).With the increase of histological grade,clinic stage,lymphatic metastasis,the expression rate of Fhit was decreased,while the expression rate of Survivin was increased.Correlation was also found between Fhit and Survivin expressions.Conclusions Fhit and Survivin may play important roles in oncogenesis and progression of breast carcinoma.Detection of Fhit,Survivin protein may have potential effects on early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of breast carcinoma.
