| Abstract: | This paper describes the subhealth and unhealthy lifestyle and result in ＂lifestyle disease＂.Leading to several subhealthy lifestyle,channels were explained,and the reasons was summed up.Summing up the principles and subhealth prevention and treatment concrete measures,paying attention to the health and subhealth population,focusing on prevention,building a healthy lifestyle in order to ensure population health efforts. |
