剖宫产后留置尿管导尿方法的研究

摘    要:目的 观察目前剖宫产术后留置导尿三种放尿方法的预后。方法选择180例剖官产术后留置尿管患者随机分成三组:个体放尿组60例;液体余量放尿组60例;常规放尿组60例,分别观察拔除尿管后第一次排尿的情况。结果三种放尿方法对膀胱功能有影响,第1次排尿量有差异,个体放尿组和液体余量放尿组自行排尿成功率明显高于传统放尿组(97%,98% vs 63%,P〈0.05);个体放尿组和液体余量放尿组拔除尿管时间与传统放尿组有显著差异(P〈0.05);个体放尿组、液体余量放尿组尿路感染发生率明显低于传统放尿组(5%、10%、50%)。结论剖宫产术后放尿时机选择对于产妇预后的影响较大,采用个体放尿法或液体余量放尿法均较传统放尿方法理想。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the different patterns of catheter removal after cesarean section.Methods A case control,retrospective clinical study was carried out on three groups divided according to the catheter removal patterns,individual,liquid amount and traditional group.The symptoms,signs,examination of laboratory were observed and compared.Results The amount of the first urine after catheter removal was different in three groups.The efficiency of the individual group and the liquid amount group were higher than the traditional group.The keeping time of catheter of individual group and the liquid amount group were shorter than the traditional group(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary tract infection of individual group and the liquid amount group were obviously less than the traditional group.Conclusions Different patterns of catheter removal after cesarean section affect the urine bladder function.The individual and liquid amount patterns are better than the traditional one.
