| 摘 要： | 目的观察并比较经筋刺疗法和常规刺法对膝骨关节炎的治疗效果。方法选择2011年6月-2013年2月入住我院针灸科的膝骨关节炎患者169例，随机分为两组，分别接受经筋刺法（治疗组87例）和常规针刺疗法（对照组82例）治疗。结果治疗组患者的治疗有效率为83．9％．对照组患者的有效率为80．48％，治疗组的治愈率明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论经筋刺法治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效优于常规针刺法。

| Abstract: | bstract OBJECTIVE To compare the efficacy of different acupuncture therapy. METHODS 169 patients were randomly divided into two groups, one received Meridional muscle region puncture therapy （treatment group, 87 cases）and the other one received conventional acupuncture therapy（control group, 82 cases）treatment. RESULTS The effective percentage in treatment group was 83.9%, while that of control group was 80.48%. Meridional muscle region puncture was more effective than conventional acupuncture therapy in acute rate （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Meridional muscle region puncture was more effective than conventional acupuncture therapy in knee osteoarthritis |
