| 摘 要： | 目的探讨体现中医医院护理工作特点的护理人力资源配置管理。方法对上海市4所三级甲等中医医院的中医外科、肛肠科、骨伤科、肾内科、神经内科和心内科进行工作时间和工作量测定,按护理工作量配置护士数量。结果接受测试病区所需的床护比应高于1978年国家规定的1:0.4的标准。结论科室护理工作量的测定,为中医医院合理配置护士数量和护理人力资源管理提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the appropriate management of nurse staffing in hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Method The nursing hours and workload were measured in TCM surgical department,proctology department,nephrology department, neurology department and cardiology department from 4 third-class hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Then,the ideal number of nursing staff was estimated based on nursing hours and workload,Result According to the results,the ideal patient-nurse ratio should be higher than the standards of 1:0.4 made in 1978,Conclusion The measurement of nursing workload can provide basis for rational nurse staffing and management of nursing resources in TCM hospitals. |
