腹针疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床有效性分析

目的:观察腹针疗法对单纯性肥胖症患者体质指数的影响、临床治疗效果以及治疗方案的稳定性。方法:将来自我院肥胖症专科门诊的45例病例随机分为治疗1组,治疗2组,治疗3组,每组15例;另取健康人15例作为对照组。对照组不做任何治疗,治疗各组分别接受3位资深针灸医师腹针疗法治疗,所取穴位及针刺方法均相同。20次为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察各组患者BMI变化情况并进行相关性分析。结果:各治疗组治疗前BMI指数与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.01),而各治疗组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。经过治疗后,各治疗组BMI值均有所下降,与治疗前比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗1组、治疗2组与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗3组与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05),但与治疗1组及治疗2组治疗后比较无显著差异。结论:腹针疗法对于单纯性肥胖症患者的BMI指数有良好的调整作用,对该病有较好的治疗效果。

Clinical Observasion of Abdominal Acupuncture Therapy on Simple Obesity

Objective:To observe the effect of abdominal acupuncture therapy on BMI of simple obesity patients. Methods: 45 simple obesity patients were randomly allocated to treatment 1,2,3 group and were respectively treated with abdominal acupuncture therapy by 3 physicians, 15 body weight normal subjects served as control. Results: Before treatment, there were no significant difference in BMI between treatment 1,2,3 group; After treatment, there were no significant difference in BMI between treatment 1,2,3 group, and between treatment 1,2 group and control group; but there was statistical difference in BMI between treatment 3 group and control group. Conclusions: Abdominal acupuncture therapy can decrease BMI of simple obesity patients, and has a better therapeutic effect on simple obesity.
