| 摘 要： | 对５７例儿童钙化性椎间盘病的命名，病因，诊断，鉴别诊断和治疗以及Ｘ线表现进行了讨论，临床上出现脊髓压迫或神经根刺激症状，除极少数需手术治疗外，大多经牵引等非手术治疗而痊愈。本组男３６例，女２１例，２３例获随访，预后满意，强调诊断要点和治疗原则，提出了Ｘ线表现包括椎间盘钙化呈团块，盘状，破裂，线状或半环状影，而线状或半环状影为笔者见解。

| Abstract: | Calcifying discopathy in 57 children (male 36, female 21)was reviewed. Twenty-three cases were followed up with favourable results. The terminology,etiology,diagnosis,differential diagnosis , treatment and roentgenographic fingings are discussed. The calcification of the disc in X-ray film presented itself as a round,ovoid,disc-like,fragmented,linear or semicircular image of different pattern. The linear or semicircular image has not been reported in published literatures. |
