小儿严重外伤性马蹄内翻足治疗的探讨

介绍Ｍｃｋａｙ手术加隐动脉皮瓣治疗小儿严重外伤性马蹄内翻足的临床应用情况，本组按Ｍｃｋａｙ原则矫正马蹄内翻足畸形，同时采用带血管蒂岛状隐动脉皮瓣，交腿移植修复踝跟部皮肤缺损创面，共治疗５例。术后随访，踝跟部外观满意，无片状疲痕或溃疡，踝关节背伸１０～２０，跖屈１５～２５，内、外踝连线与足底纵轴线夹角为８０～９０。评分优４例，良１例。该术式对矫正小儿严重外伤性马蹄内翻足踝部畸形，恢复其功能具有重要作用。

Surgical M Management of Extensive Traumatic Clubfoot in Children

According to the Mckay' s principle , 5 cases of extensive traumatic clubfoot were treated with soft tissue release and cross-1eg pedical skin flap with saphenous artery supply repairing. On following-up , all patients recovered with good appearance in ankle joint without extensive scar or helcosis . The ankle motion ranged from 10. to 20. of dorsiflexion and 1 5. to 25. of p1anteroflexion , the angle between the long axis of the foot and the connecting line of the medial and lateral malleoli increased from 80. to 90. The estimation of 4 feet was excellent and one good. It is concluded that the above mentioned operation is preferable for patients of extensive traumatic Clubfoot.
