| 摘 要： | 目的观察温排针治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的临床疗效。方法将300例膝关节内侧副韧带损伤患者随机分为两组。治疗组171例采用温排针治疗。对照组129例给予电针常规穴位针刺治疗，辅助口服21金维他、肌苷片及中药煎剂。结果治疗组总有效率为94．7％，对照组总有效率为66．7％。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论温排针法治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的临床疗效显著。
