叶下珠复方联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎30例的近期疗效观察

[目的]评价叶下珠复方(主要由叶下珠、黄芪、三七、甘草等组成)联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。[方法]将60例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为试验组和对照组两组,每组30例。试验组采用叶下珠复方联合拉米夫定(100mg/d)治疗,对照组单用拉米夫定(100 mg/d),6个月后观察比较临床疗效。[结果]试验组治疗6个月后,临床症状、体征改善明显,血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)复常率为83.3%,乙型肝炎e抗原(HBeAg)阴转率为73.3%,HBeAg/Anti-HBe血清转换率为53.3%,乙型肝炎病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV DNA)阴转率(PCR法)为93.3%;而对照组分别为53.3%、13.3%、6.7%和70.0%,经统计学处理,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。[结论]叶下珠复方联合拉米夫定治疗慢性乙型肝炎具有较好的协同作用,能有效提高患者HBeAg和HBV DNA阴转率。

Short-term Effect of Phyllanthus Compound and Lamivudine in Treating Chronic Hepatitis B:An Observation of 30 Cases

[Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effect of Phyllanthus compound (PC, mainly composed of Herba Phyllanthus, Radix Astragali, Radix Notoginseng, Radix Glycyrrhizae, etc.) and lamivudine on chronic hepatitis B. [ Methods ] Sixty cases of chronic hepatitis B were randomized to two groups: group A (the combination of PC and lamivudine) and group B (lamivudine 100mg/d). After a six-month treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated. [Results] After treatment, symptoms and signs were improved in group A. The recovery rate of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) was 83.3% and 53.3%, the rate of hepatitis B E antigen (HBeAg) turning negative was 73.3% and 13.3% , the percentage of HBeAg ( - ) or anti-HBe ( + ) was 53.3% and 6.7% and HBV-DNA-turning-negative rate was 93.3% and 70.0% in groups A and B respectively (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The combination of PC and lamivudine exerts a better effect in treating chronic hepatitis B and increasing the rates of HBeAg and HBV DNA turning negative.
