摘    要:目的 建立一种不开颅的大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血模型。方法 从大鼠颈内动脉颈段穿入尼龙线至颅内,分别观察尼龙线入颅部位、颅内有无蛛网膜下腔出血并行病理切片检查。结果 实验组有明显的蛛网膜下腔出血形成。结论 血管内穿线法可以制作确切的大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血模型,特别适用于蛛网膜下腔出血急性期脑细胞损害的研究。

Abstract:Objective To establish a new model of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) in rats. Methods SAH was produced by making a nylon thread pass through the right internal carotid artery and pierce its bifurcation. SAH was confirmed by postmortem examination. Result SAH was produced in all the rats received the above-mentioned procedures. Conclusions The technique presented here for establishing a noncraniotomy SAH model is reliable. It is particularly suitable for study of the acute pathological changes of the brain induced by SAH. The advantages and disadvantages of this SAH model deserve further studies.
