冠状动脉粥样硬化与高血压病、糖尿病的相关性研究

【目的】探讨高血压、糖尿病与冠状动脉粥样硬化的关系。【方法】回顾性分析400例因胸痛住院并接受冠状动脉造影的患者,研究其住院时血压和血糖水平与冠状动脉造影结果的关系,比较高血压与糖尿病对冠脉狭窄分级的影响,以及血压和血糖控制水平对冠脉狭窄分级的影响。【结果】高血压和糖尿病叠加组冠脉狭窄≥3级（≥50%）的发生率高于高血压组（P〈0.01）及糖尿病组（P〈0.01）。进一步分析显示,血压和血糖控制均未达标组冠脉狭窄≥3级的发生率显著高于血压控制达标组（P〈0.01）和血糖控制达标组（P〈0.01）。【结论】高血压病与糖尿病促进冠脉狭窄发生发展,两病叠加时重度冠脉狭窄的风险更大,血压和血糖控制达标可阻止或减缓冠脉狭窄的进展。

Hypertension diabetes and coronary atherosclerotic stenosis

【Objective】 To investigate the relationship of hypertension,diabetes mellitus and coronary atheroscleotic stenosis.【Methods】 A total of 400 cases with chest pain and had received coronary artericography were enrolled in a retrospective analysis.Blood pressure and blood glucose level were determined and compared with the results of coronary angiography.The relationship between hypertension,diabetus and classification of coronary stenosis and the degree of contorol of blood pressure and blood sugar with the classificotion of coronary stenosis were also studied.【Results】 The incidence of coronary stenosis class≥3（≥50%） in hypertension superposed diabetes group was higher than hypertension group（P0.01） and diabetes group（P0.01） Further analysis revealed that the incidence of coronary stenosis class≥3 in blood pressure and blood glucose off stand group was obviously higher than standard group（P0.01）.【Conclusion】 Hypertension and diabetes promote the occurrence and development of coronary stenosis and when these two diseases superposed the risk of severe coronary stenosis is higher.When the control of blood pressure and blood sugar reach the standard,it way prevent or delay the progress of coronary stenosis.
