氧化电位水和含氯制剂对物体表面消毒的效果比较

摘    要:目的探讨氧化电位水(dectrolyzed oxidizing water,Eow)与含氯消毒剂对物体表面的消毒效果。方法随机将62张床旁柜分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用氧化电位水小毛巾擦拭消毒,对照组采用含氯消毒剂(本实验采用消毒灵)小毛巾擦拭消毒。消毒前后分别采样,比较细菌杀灭率。结果氧化电位水的平均杀灭率为98.34%,含氯消毒剂平均杀灭率为99.04%;两者比较差异无统计学意义。结论氧化电位水与消毒灵的消毒效果相当,但经济效益与社会效益优于消毒灵,是一种较为理想的环保消毒剂。

Abstract:Objective To assess the disinfectant effect of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water as replacement of the conventional chlorine disinfectant on article surface,and its possible future promotion.Methods Sixty-two bedside cabinets were divided randomly as experimental group and control group.The cabinets of experimental group were disinfected with acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water while those of control group were disinfected with chlorine disinfectant.The surface of the objects was sampled for bacterial growth before and after disinfection.Results The average kill ratio of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water was 98.34%,versus 99.04% of chlorine disinfectant(difference with on statistic significance).Conclusion The disinfectant effect of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water was equivalent to chlorine disinfectant,and it's economical and social benefits were better.It should be possible to replace the chlorine disinfectant as a surface disinfectant.
