妊娠合并血小板减少60例治疗体会

目的:探讨妊娠合并血小板减少症的围产期处理方法及安全性。方法:回顾分析60例妊娠合并血小板减少患者的临床资料。结果:产后出血原因为HELLP综合征、巨大儿、胎盘粘连等,其余病产后出血发生率与正常人群对照无明显增加。结论:针对不同原因血小板减少,进行对因治疗更重要,产后出血原因与其它产科合并症关系密切,而血小板减少不是产后出血的直接原因。

A conclusion of treating 60 cases of pregnancy thrombopeni

Objective: Discuss the treatments and safety of pregnancy thrombopenia in perinatal period.Methods:Make a retrospective analysis to the clinical data of 60 cases of pregnancy thrombopeni.Results:The reasons for postpartum hemorrhe are the HELLP syndrome,fetal macrosomia,placenta accreta and so on.The rate of postpartum hemorrhage caused by other diseases is not higher than the healthy people.Conclusion: Different treatments to thrombopeni caused by different reasons is more important.The reason for postpartum hemorrhage is closely related to other obstertric complications,and the thrombopeni is not the direct reason for postpartum hemorrhe.
