彩色多普勒超声在检测胸背动脉中的应用

摘    要:目的 评价彩色多普勒超声在检测胸背动脉中的价值。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声对 12 0例健康志愿者 2 40条胸背动脉进行检测 ,观察记录血管的行径、内径 (D1)、长度 (L)、距体表最深处距离(D2 )及血流最大流速 (Vmax)、平均流速 (Vmean)、阻力指数 (RI)、搏动指数 (PI)。结果  2 40条胸背动脉显示率为 10 0 % ,RI、PI、L、D1在不同年龄组差异均无统计学意义 (均P >0 .0 5 ) ,而Vmax、Vmean、D2 各组间差异有统计学意义 (均P <0 .0 5 )。结论 彩色多普勒超声检测胸背动脉为临床提供了一个可靠、直观、无创的了解背阔肌肌皮瓣血运的方法 ,同时提出了正常人胸背动脉的血流参数值

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in detecting thoracodorsal arteries. Methods Color Doppler ultrasonography was conducted on 120 healthy volunteers with 240 pieces of thoracodorsal arteries. The vessel path, diameter(D 1), vessel length(L), body surface depth(D 2), maximum velocities(Vmax),mean velocities(Vmean), resistance index(RI), pulsatility index(PI) were recorded. Results All the 240 pieces of thoracodorsal arteries were examined, RI, PI, L, D 1 had no statistical difference between different age groups(P> 0.05), Vmax, Vmean, and D 2 had statistical difference between different age groups(P< 0.05). Conclusions The application of color Doppler ultrasonography provides a direct, and accurate measurement to understand the blood circulation of musculus latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap with normal ranges of blood flow parameters of thoracodorsal arteries.
