| 摘 要： | 在30具成人女性尸体上观察并测量了在小骨盆腔内神经最易受压的部位是骶干1～3闭孔神经和腰骶干。通过临床观察2560例产妇,产时出现产科麻痹症状者有49例,占1.9％,产后出现产科麻痹3例,占0.12％。同时分析了产生产科麻痹症状的原因和误诊的原因。提出了预防和剖腹术的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | The present study has been carried out on 30 adult specimens of women dissected and sur-veyed.Easily constricted merves in lesser pelvis are sacral trunkl-3,obturator nerve and lum-bosacral trunk. The distance between iliopubic eminence was determined.The clinical results of 2560 parturients showed that when labor parturi-ents associated with symtom of the obstetrical paralysis 49 cases (1.9%) ,after labor parturi-ents cassociated with the obsterical paralysis 3 cases(0.12%).
The cases of obstetrical paralysis and the causes of its erroneous diagnosis were discussed.Some suggestions for the preventions for the pre-vention and caesarean birth were put forward. |
