阿魏酸钠联合前列腺素E1治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效观察

目的：观察阿魏酸钠联合前列腺素E1治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将2005-12／2007—08在我院连续收治的121例慢性肾衰竭患者随机分成2组。试验组61例在常规治疗基础上应用阿魏酸钠联合前列腺素E1治疗，对照组60例在常规治疗基础上应用前列腺素E1静脉滴注。疗程均为2周。观察两组治疗前后血BUN、Cr、GFR、24h尿蛋白定量变化。结果：两组在治疗前后血BuN、cr、24h尿蛋白定量均有下降，GFR值有增加（P〈0．01，P〈0．01），试验组较对照组各观察值改变更为明显（P值均〈0．05）。结论：阿魏酸钠联合前列腺素E1对慢性肾衰竭患者的肾功能改善疗效确切，优于单用前列腺素E1治疗；并且CKD3、4期的治疗效果高于CKD5期。

Clinical Observation of Sodium Ferulate and Prostaglandin E_1 in Treating Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of sodium ferulate and prostaglandin E1 in treating patients with chronic renal failure（CRF）. Methods ：121 patients with CRF who were consecutively treated in a hospital from December,2005 to August, 2007 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in experimental group were assigned to receive sodium ferulate and prostaglandin E1 ,and patients in control group were assigned to receive prostaglandin E1 for two weeks. Then the quantitative changes of BUN ,Cr ,GFR and proteinuria within 24 hours in the two groups were measured. Result ：BUN,Cr and proteinuria within 24 hours of both groups were decreased, and GFR of both groups were increased. There were signifcient differences between the two groups. Conclusion：The clinical effect of experimental the group is much better than the control group. Therefore, the availability of sodium ferulate and prostaglandin E1ls good ; the clinical effect of patients with the third and fourth stages of CKD is betteter than which of those with the fifth stage of CKD.
