| 摘 要： | 新方案中的主要进展有:①对某些肿瘤的组织起源作了进一步确认;②更新了肿瘤定级标准,对各种肿瘤的生物学特性能更正确地认识;③重新编排了各类肿瘤的归属,提出了多种新发现的肿瘤类型;④删除了某些命名不当及认识上有错误的肿瘤类型。作者建议将新分类中肿瘤的排列次序作适当更改可成为中枢神经系统肿瘤的编码依据。

| Abstract: | The new WHO classification had made 4 major advances, namely, (1)A further confirmation about the histogenesis of several varieties of brain tumors; (2) Renew the tumor grading criteria by means of which the biological features of various CNS tumors could be more accurately determined; (3) Rearrangement of the category of brain tumors and several newly discovered CNS tumors were introduced and described; (4) Delete some CNS tumors which were improperly named or erroneously recognized before. It is suggested that by taking the advantage of the list order in the new classification, a coding system of CNS tumors could be proposed with only minor modifications. |
