| 摘 要： | 目的 为了研究胚胎肾及肾癌中性糖脂的表达情况。方法 采用改良的Ｈａｋｏｍｏｒｉ的方法，提取肾透明细胞癌及胚胎肾组织的中性糖脂（ｎｅｕｔｒａｌ ｇｌｙｏｃｓｐｈｉｎｇｏｌｉｐｉｄｓ，Ｎ－ＧＳＬｓ），并进行了高效薄层层析。结果 胚胎肾Ｎ－ＧＳＬｓ的随着胚胎的成就而呈规律性的变化，肾癌Ｎ－ＧＳＬｓ的表达存在着异质性，与胚胎期肾组织Ｎ－ＧＳＬｓ表达相似，它们都不含有正常成人肾所具有的开糖链的红细胞糖苷脂（

| Abstract: | Objective In order to investigate the regularities of the expression of neurtral glycosphingolipids(N GSLs) in human embryonic and neoplastic kidney tissue, the N GSLs were extracted and analyzed. Methods NGSLs were extracted and purified with the modified method of Hakomori, and analyzed by high performance thin layer chromatography(HPTLC).Results The N GSLs with longer and complex oligosaccharide chains increased during the maturity of the tissue. Although N GSLs expression showed heterogeneity in carcinoma of kidney ,they all lost the globoside compared with the normal kidney. Conclusion The N GSLs in human embryonic kidney tissue seemed to be closely related to the growth and differentiation of the cell, and globoside may be the marker of normal kidney tissue.$$$$ |
