股骨颈骨囊肿三维数字模型的建立

摘    要:目的:需求基于CT断层图像快速准确重建股骨颈骨囊肿数字模型及三维可视化的方法。方法:基于髋关节的64排螺旋CT连续断层扫描所得的二维图像, Mimics软件分别重建髋臼,近端股骨,股骨颈及骨囊肿组织的三维可视化结构并对骨囊肿区域进行三维测量。结果: mimics医学图像处理软件对髋关节CT扫描的Dicom格式数据进行三维重建图像结构清晰,可真实再现髋臼和近端股骨的结构,并且能够对骨囊肿区域予以定位,体积予以计算,骨囊肿三维测量的数据精确可信,与术前影像资料及术中所见大致吻合。结论:Mimics软件根据CT扫描所得的Dicom原始数据能准确重建股骨颈骨囊肿的三维数字模型,为股骨颈残余骨质的评估及个性化治疗方案的选择治疗了提供了客观的依据。

Abstract:Objective: Objective To establish a digital model for reconstruction and three-dimensional visualization of femoral neck bone cyst from CT images;Methods:Based on 64 row spiral CT continuous 2-dimensional images of hip segments,acetabular,proximal femur,femoral neck,femoral head and bone cyst were reconstructed by the Mimics software,3D measurement was carried out;results:The three-dimensional reconstruction distinctly displayed the structures acetabulum and proximal femur,the bone cyst can be positioned and volume can be calculated,3D measurement data was accurate and reliable,keep in line with the preoperative image data and intraoperative condition;Conclusion:The application of thin-layer CT and Dicom standard ensures more accurate 3D model of femoral neck bone cyst,providing an objective basis for assessment of femoral neck and Choice of treatment program.
