肝癌h—met,c—mycP^16蛋白表达与细胞增殖状态的研究

摘    要:目的和方法:用免疫组化法检测了30例肝癌的h-met,c-myc,P16和CDK4蛋白的表达,旨在了解肝癌细胞的增殖调控与多基因表达异常的关系。结果:结果显示,h-met,c-myc,P16和CDK4蛋白在肝癌的表达率分别为533%,724%,267%和60%。它们之间的表达率有显差异(P<001)。P16表达率与CDK4的表达间有负向关系;h-met表达率与CDK4之间显正向关系;而c-myc基因在肝癌组织的表达与CDK4之间相互独立无明显关系。结论:结果提示P16基因表达低下是促进肝癌细胞恶性增长的原因之一

Abstract:Aims and Methods:To elucidate the relationship of the cellular proliferative state and multiple gene expression,the h-met,c-myc,P 16 and cyclin-dependent kinase 4(CDK 4) were detected in 30 section samples of patients with hepatic carcinoma by immunohistochemical technique.Results:The results showed that the positive rates of h-met,c-myc,P 16 and CDK 4 were 53.3% (16/30),72.4%(21/29),26.7%(8/30) and 60.0%(18/30),respectively.The differences between them were significant (P<0.01).The positive rates of P 16 expression were negatively related to the expression of CDK 4.The rates of h-met expression were positively related to the expression of CDK 4.But the rates of c-myc expression were not related to the CDK 4.Conclusions:The results suggested that abnormal expression of the oncogenes and inhibitor genes were closely related with loss of control in the proliferative regulation of cells of hepatic carcinoma.
