| 摘 要： | 目的:为阐明癌基因蛋白异常表达与HBV复制的关系.方法:用LSAB免疫组化和ELISA方法,检测了64例慢性HBV感染者肝细胞 C-erbB-2 P185、rasP~21、P~53癌基因蛋白和血清HBeAg_o结果:结果显示:C-erbB-2 P185和ras P~21阳性组血清HBeAg检出率分别为89.4%和84.6%,C-erbB-2P185、ras P~21阴性组 HBeAg检出率为20%和48%,两组差异显著.结论:表明癌基因蛋白c-erbB-2 P185和ras P~21的异常表达与 HBV复制密切相关.

| Abstract: | Aims: To explore the relativity between expression of the oncogene proteins and HBV replication.Methods: Using immunohistochemical techniques and ELISA,we detected the expression of protein products C-erbB-2 P185, ras P21 and tumor-suppressor gene product P53, and HBeAg in the serum of 64 cases with chronic HBV infection. Results: In the C-erbB-2 P185 ras P21 positive groups, the positive rates for serwm HBeAg were 89.4% and 84.6%, respectioely, significantly higher than the C-erbB-2 P185 and ras P21 negative groups, in which positive rates were 20% and 48% , respectively . Conclusion: The results revealed that there is a close correlation between the over - expression of C-rebB-2 P185, ras P21 and replication of HBV. |
