| 摘 要： | 河南省洛阳正骨医院根据JCI标准并结合中医药特色优势及专科医院的特点,进行了JCI认证,全方位提升医院的质量管理水平及患者安全。认为中医专科医院实施JCI标准可进一步建立完善的中医特色管理体系,实现日常工作的规范化管理,促进团队建设,提高医疗服务质量与安全性,确保为患者提供优质医疗服务,提高患者满意度,与国际医院管理接轨并同步,提高医院竞争优势和社会声誉。

| Abstract: | According to JCI standards,combined with the characteristics and advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the feature of specialist Hospital,Luoyang orthopedic-traumatological hospital of Henan Province carried out JCI certification and has full improved hospital quality management and patient safety.Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital carried out JCI standard certification can construct perfect management system which has Traditional Chinese Medicine features,daily work regular management,promote team building,improve medical quality and safety,assure excellent service provision,improve patient’s satisfaction,promote hospital competition and social reputation. |
