无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝945例(1022侧)分析

目的 总结并分析开放式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院普外科2007年1月至2011年2月无张力修补术治疗的腹股沟疝患者945例(1 022侧)临床资料.结果 本组患者手术时间30～90 min,平均42 min.术后住院2～32 d,平均8 d.术后切口血肿2例,伤口感染6例,阴囊积液46例,顽固性疼痛15例,术后随访1～40个月,有效随访766例患者(81.1%)复发4例,复发率0.52%.结论 开放式无张力疝修补术有复发率低,并发症少的特点,是治疗腹股沟疝安全可靠的方法.

Clinical analysis of tension-free hernioplasty of inguinal hernia 945 cases(1022 sides)

Objective To summarize and analyze the effectiveness of tension-free hernioplasty in treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 945 patients(1 022 sides) with inguinal hernia in our department who were treated with tension-free hernioplasty from January 2007 to February 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The mean of operation time was 42 minutes.The mean of hospitalization was 8 days.There were 2 cases of subcutaneous hematoma,6 cases of wound infection,46 cases of scrotal hematoma,and 15 cases of chronic pain.The follow-up lasted 1 to 40 months with 766 eligible cases.There were 4 cases of recurrence among 766 cases(recurrence rate:0.52%).Conclusions The tension-free hernioplasty has lower complication and recurrence,which is safe and reliable for inguinal hernia repair.
