腹腔镜下哑铃状补片封堵治疗成人疝的临床研究(附30例报告)

目的 探讨应用腹腔镜下哑铃状补片封堵治疗成人疝的新方法.方法 我院2009年3月至2011年10月采用腹腔镜下哑铃状补片封堵治疗成人疝30例,其中右侧20例,左侧9例,双侧1例,均在腹腔镜下行内环口荷包缝合高位结扎及哑铃状补片封堵术.结果 手术时间单侧平均35 min,双侧60 min.术后平均4 d出院,无并发症.患者随访3个月至2年,无复发.结论 腹腔镜下行内环口荷包缝合高位结扎及哑铃状补片封堵术安全有效、创伤小、无瘢痕、恢复快、住院时间短,无肠粘连、肠梗阻、腹腔感染﹑阴囊感染、睾丸扭转及缺血坏死、切口感染、腹股沟区疼痛麻木等并发症,操作简便,无需特殊器械,疗效满意.

Dumbbell-shaped patch closure of laparoscopic treatment of adult hernia(30 cases of report)

Objective To discuss the application of laparoscopic and patch sealing in adults hernia.Methods A total of 30 adult hernias with bell shape by laparoscopic patch sealing were enrolled from March 2009 to October 2011 including 20 cases with right patches,9 cases with left patches,and one cases with both-side patch.All laparoscopic internal ring high purse-string suture ligation and dumbbell-shaped patch occlusions were used.Results The mean unilateral operation time was 35 minutes,and bilateral was 60 minutes.The patients were discharged after 4-day hospitalization.Patients were followed up for 3 months to 2 years without recurrence.Conclusions Laparoscopic internal ring high purse-string suture ligation and dumbbell-shaped patch occlusion,with was safe and effective with small trauma,no scar,faster recovery,short duration of hospitalization,no bowel obstruction adhesion,celiac infection,scrotal infection,testicular torsion,ischemia in ecrosis,infection of incision,and complications of groin areas such as pain,numbness,easy operation and no need for medical device.
