摘    要:医院的入职培训对于不同岗位的新职工适应医院的工作环境、适应医疗工作的压力,有着重要意义。笔者通过对不同模式的入职培训的比较分析,阐述了入职培训中加入医院文化和团队精神建设两方面内容,能使新职工更快地融入到医院文化当中,并促进新职工之间的积极沟通,从而提高新职工的归属感和凝聚力。

Abstract:The new staff pre-positive training plays a vital role in adapting new employees of different positions to the hospital working environment,and the medical working pressure.The author hopes to demonstrate that it can make newcomers adjust to the hospital culture more quickly by adding the courses of hospital culture and teamwork spirit into the new staff pre-positive training,besides,it can also make them get more effective communication,thereby improve the sense of belonging and cohesion of the new staff’s.
