摘    要:医院人力资源管理是建立在现代人力资源管理理论的基础之上的。近年来国内一些学者尝试把一些先进的人力资源管理理论运用到医院人力资源绩效管理中,包括"激励理论"、"心理契约理论"、"组织承诺理论"、"冰山理论"等。人力资源管理理论对绩效考核有重大的指导意义,绩效考核方法的选择是人力资源管理的重要内容。本文通对360度考核法、平衡计分法等的适用性进行比较分析,选择适合的绩效管理工具,以期为医院管理者提供借鉴。

Abstract:Human resource management is based on the modern theories of human resource management.In recent years,some domestic scholars began to apply some advanced management theories into hospital human resources management,such as incentive theory,psychological contract theory,the theory of organizational commitment and iceberg theory.Human resource management theory has great sense for the performance evaluation,so that the choice of performance appraisal methods is the important content of human resource management.In order to provide reference for the hospital managers,the authors developed a comparative analysis among the key performance indication assessment method,360 degree evaluation method,Balanced Scorecard to find the suitable performance management tool for hospitals.
