| 摘 要： | 论述了现阶段国内残疾人康复机构的发展现状及建设现状,分析了国内康复机构建设发展中存在的问题:机构建设标准不统一、功能定位不明确、各地建立水平不平衡、人员结构不合理等。在此基础上,对国内康复机构建设进行了科学分类,并提出了适合国内国情的康复机构建设标准,为国内康复机构实现规范化建设、科学化设置,高效化运营提供了具体的研究对策。

| Abstract: | Status of construction and development of rehabilitation institutions for disabled persons in China are discussed.Problems related to the development of rehabilitation institutions such as no standard of construction institutions,unclear definition of function,unbalanced local levels of establishment and unreasonable structure of human resources,etc are also analyzed.On this basis,construction of rehabilitation institutions are categorized,and reasonable construction standards that suit national situation are proposed to provide strategy for standardized construction,scientific setting and effective operation of Chinese rehabilitation institutions. |
