| 摘 要： | 消化性溃疡是胃黏膜的保护因子和侵袭因子失衡所致。局部气血凝滞,为疮疡发生的主要病机,治宜疏肝健脾,清化湿热,凉血化瘀,生肌敛疮。中西医结合具有双向免疫调节作用,改善胃黏膜血液循环、促进胃肠运动、减轻黏膜炎症、加速黏膜修复的作用。治疗76例,治愈50例,好转24例,无效2例,明显优于对照组。
