黄芪保心汤治疗冠心病无症状性心肌缺血患者24例临床观察

４８例冠心病无症状性心肌缺血患者随机分为２组。治疗组２４例用自似方黄芪保心汤治疗，对照组２４例用药硝酸异山梨酯（消心痛）治疗。结果：治疗组药后疗效及停药后６个月疗效明显优于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１）；在减少ＳＴ段下降次数及缩短下降持续总时间方面，治疗组优于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１）；神疲乏力，少气懒言，自汗，舌胖有齿印等中医四诊症状的疗效治疗组有效率为９０．３４％，对照组为４３．８％（Ｐ〈０．０１）。

ClinicalObservation of 24 Cases of Coronary Disease with Asymptomatic Myocardiac Ischemia Treatedby Huang Qi Bao Xin Tang

A self - prescribed Huang Qi Bao Xin Tang was used in the treatment group (N = 24) and its effect was compared with the control group (N = 24) in which isosorbide dinitrate was administered in cases of asymptomatic myocardiac ischemia. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control after termination of the treatment and 6 months thereafter (P<0. 01), including the number of decreased ST segment and its duration. The effective rate in the cardinal symptoms and signs in TCM, namely, lassitude, deficiency of qi and disinclination to talk, spontaneous perspiration and teeth - printed corpulent tongue was 90. 34%, while in the control group, 43. 8% only (P<0. 01).
