摘    要:《中国药典1985年版》用旋光法测定肾上腺素盐类注射液的含量,样品前处理繁杂,检测灵敏度低,是其缺点。流动注射分析法是利用肾上腺素的酚羟基与FeCl_3的不稳定显色反应,用均匀设计法确定分析条件。以720nm为检测波长,用0.2%FeCl_3为载流,用单流路分光光度流动注射分析装置,测定酒石酸肾上腺素的含量。样品含量与峰高有很好的相关性(回归方程式的相关系数r=0.9998);精密度RSD<1%(n=10);回收率为99.2%;采样速度为240个/h.实验证明本法简便(样品只需稀释,勿需其它前处理),快速,精密度及准确度均合乎要求。本法比旋光法可提高分析速度数十倍。

Abstract:A single line flow injection system with a spectrophotometric detector is applied to the quantitative analysis of injection of adrenaline salts taking advantage of unstable coloured reaction between the sample and FeCl_3 reagent. FeCl_3 (0.2%) is used as a carrier system and the analytical conditions for FIA are defined by a uniform design test. The regression equation of peak height vs concentration of adrenaline gives a good correlation cofficient of 0.9998. The rate of recovery is 99.2%, RSD<1% (n=10).The method is simple and rapid since the sample needs olny to be diluted, and the sampling frequency is 240 per hour. This method is better than the polarimetric method in "Chinese Pharmacopeia 1985" in terms of accuracy.
