人类念珠菌感染的遗传学研究进展

念珠菌是真菌中最常见的条件致病菌，在机体免疫功能低下时可发病，但临床观察发现在一些无免疫缺陷疾病的人群中也可发生严重的念珠菌感染，因此,推测这种疾病可能与遗传缺陷相关。本文对近年来人类念珠菌感染遗传学研究进行综述。

Update of human genetic susceptibility to Candida infections

Candida is an important opportunistic pathogen, which can cause severe mucosal or systemic in-fections in immunocompromised hosts. However, some articles reported that Candida infections occur in pa-tients with no immunodeficiency diseases and the speculation of the genetic background of Candida infections was emphasized. The update of the genetic susceptibility to Candida infections was reviewed in this article.
