点阵激光联合复方丙酸氯倍他索治疗增生性瘢痕疗效评价

目的：评价CO2点阵激光联合复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗增生性瘢痕的疗效。方法：69例增生性瘢痕患者随机分为药物组（30例）和联合组（39例）。联合组应用点阵激光，30天1次，共3次，联合复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏外用，每日1次，连用3个月。药物组患者仅外用复方丙酸氯倍他索，每天1次。结果：联合组有效率为100%，明显高于药物组的76.92%（P<0.05）。联合组不良反应发生率为7.69%，明显低于药物组的13.33%（P<0.05）。结论：CO2点阵激光联合复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗增生性瘢痕明显优于单独应用复方丙酸氯倍他索。

Efficacy of ablative fractional CO2 laser combined with compound clobetasol propionate in the treat-ment of hypertrophic scars

Objective:To assess the efficacy of fractional CO2 laser combined with clobetasol propionate in the treatment of hypertrophic scars. Methods: Sixty nine patients were randomly divided into the drug group ( 30 patients) and the combination group ( 39 patients) . All the patients were topically treated with clobetasol propionate, once a day for 3 months and the patients in the combination group were treated with additional fractional CO2 laser, once every 30 days for 3 times. Results:The effective rate in the combination group was 100%, which was higher than that in the drug group (76.92%), with a significant difference (P<0.05). The adverse reaction in the combination group was 7. 69%, which was lower than that in the drug group (13.33%), with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The efficacy of fractional CO2 laser com-bined with clobetasol propionate ointment is more effective than clobetasol propionate ointment alone in the treatment of hypertrophic scars.
