生物反馈放松疗法治疗寻常型银屑病疗效评价

目的:评价生物反馈放松疗法治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:364例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各182例。对照组给予维A酸治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上进行生物反馈放松疗法。8周后比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:两组治疗后相比,治疗组PASI和DLQI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的有效率为67.05%明显高于对照组的37.36%(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组。结论:生物反馈放松疗法对寻常型银屑病有显著疗效。

Assessment of therapeutic efficacy of biofeedback and relaxation therapy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

Objective:To assess the therapeutic efficacy of biofeedback relaxation therapy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris ( PV) . Methods:Three hundred and sixty-four patients with PV were selected and ran-domly divided into treatment group ( n=182) and the control group ( n=182) . Retinoids was given to the pa-tients in the control group. Apart from retinoids, biofeedback relaxation therapy was applied to the patients in the treatment group. The clinical efficacy and side effects were compared between the two groups at week 8 af-ter the treatment. Results: Compared between the two groups after the treatment, the PASI score and DLQI score were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group ( P<0.05) . The effective rate in the treatment group was 67.05%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (37.36%) (P<0. 05 ) . The side effects in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion:Biofeedback relaxation therapy is effective in the treatment of PV.
