人眼角巩膜缘的胚胎发育

①目的 了解人眼角巩膜缘胚胎发育过程中角巩膜缘各主要组织结构出现的时间及相互关系的变化。②方法 对100例100只来自7周至足月人胚胎的眼球进行光镜观察。③结果 人眼角巩膜缘的始基于第7周末有细胞出现，11周时明显，3个月时Schlemm管出现，4～5个月时巩膜出现并渐清晰，6个月时角巩膜缘嵌合形成。④结论 人眼角巩膜缘内房水排出通道的发育情况及其与虹膜根部的相对位置关系决定前房角的宽窄和房水排出的阻力。

EMBRYONIC DEVELOPMENT OF CORNEOSCLERAL JUNCTION IN HUMAN BEING

Objective To study the time of occurrence of main structures of corneoscleral junction in the course of development of human corneoscleral junction. Methods One hundred eyes of 100 cases taken from age of seven w eek to term embryo were observed under a light microscope. Results During the development of human embryonic corneoscleral j unction, cells could be seen at the end of the 7th week and became clear at 11th week. Schlemm canal formed at 3rd month. During the 4th and 5th month, scleral spur formed and became clear gradually. Gomphosis of corneoscleral junction form ed at 6th month. Conclusion The development of the main parts of human corneosc leral junction including tracts for aqueous humor outflow and the anatomic relat ion between anterior chamber angle and iridic root, which determine the width of anterior chamber angle and the resistance to aqueous humor outflow.
