| 摘 要： | 目的：总结探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)在烧、烫伤创面独特有效的引流作用。方法：临床对113例烧、烫伤病人创面全程涂用(MEBO)治疗观察。结果：用药后，可见药物液化的白色代谢物自创面持续排出，MEBO充分通畅的引流效能可使创面得以良好的自洁环境，从而有效阻断细菌感染途径，全组病员在我院治疗期间均未出现感染病例。结论：MEBO创面引流可靠，抑菌除菌、疗效显。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the drainage promoting effect of MEBO in treating burn and scald wounds. Method: MEBO was applied in the whole course for treating 113 cases of burn and scald. Result: After application of MEBO, white liquefied metabolic products were drained out continuously from the wounds. This drainage promoting effect of MEBO helped the wounds keep in a good and self-cleaning condition and effectively blocked the passage of bacteria infection. None of the patients had wound infection during their stay in our hospital. Conclusion: MEBO has very reliable drainage promoting effect. It can restrain and remove the germs. The efficacy is remarkable. |
