急性脑缺血对脑内乙酰胆碱和胆碱乙酰转移酶的影响

摘    要:通过结扎蒙古沙土鼠一侧颈总动脉,造成急性脑缺血动物模型。采用放射免疫法观察了急性脑缺血时,动物脑内乙酰胆碱(Ach)和胆碱乙酰转移酶(ChAT)的变化。结果表明,急性脑缺血时,缺血侧脑内Ach含量和ChAT的活性均明显降低,而非缺血侧脑内Ach含量和ChAT的活性无明显影响。

Effect of the acute cerebral ischemia on Ach and ChAT in brain

Abstract:Alteration of acetylcholine (Ach) and choline acetyltransferase (ChAT) on the acute cerebral ischemia in Gerbil was studied in this experiment.The animal model of cerebral ischemia was produced by unilateral ligation of the left common carotid artery.The content of Ach and activity of ChAT in brain was determined by radioimmunoassay.The results showed that the content of Ach and the activity of ChAT decreased significantly in the left side brain,but there was no effect in the right side brain.
