护理人员职业损伤状况调查及防护对策

目的探讨护理人员职业性损伤的原因和防护对策。方法采取整群抽样、回顾性调查的方法,对某院441名护理人员在2004年发生的职业损伤进行调查,然后根据各种职业性损伤的原因制订相应的防护措施,再调查实施新的防护措施后2005年各种职业性损伤的发生情况。结果两年职业性损伤发生率高低依次均为物理性损伤、心理性损伤、化学性损伤、生物性损伤,而2005年各种职业性损伤均较2004年同期明显降低(P<0.01)。结论加强职业性损伤防护知识的教育,提高服务素质和心理素质,提高自我防护能力,改善医疗操作环境,完善防护设施,合理配置人力资源,可降低护理人员职业性损伤发生率。

Nurses' Occupational Injury and Protective Measures

Objective To explore the causes of nurses' occupational injury and protective measures.Methods Cluster sampling and retrospective survey were used to investigate 441 nurses of the hospital encountering occupational injury in 2004 and then protective measures pertinent to the various causes were worked out.Then another survey was performed to understand the occupational injuries among them in 2005.Results The investigation over the two years showed physical injury had the highest rate of occupational injuries,followed by psychological injury,chemical injury and biological injury in order.But the rates of injuries in 2005 dropped,compared to those in 2004,even with the differences(P<0.01).Conclusion The rates of nurses' occupational injuries can be reduced by enhanced education of protective knowledge of occupational injuries,raising service quality and mental quality,improving their ability of self protection,improving environment for medical manipulations,completing service facilities and reasonably distribute manpower.
