| 摘 要： | 在体外受精(IVF)周期中有时会出现卵巢反应良好但取不出卵的情况,即空卵泡综合征(empty folliclesyndrome,EFS)。虽然EFS发生率不高,但由于促排卵周期中没有获得卵母细胞,导致IVF周期取消,给患者和医生带来很多麻烦。本文将从EFS的病因、预测、诊断、治疗等几个方面进行综述。

| Abstract: | There are some IVF cycles in which follicles react well to ovulation induction while no(oocyte) is retrieved.This phenomenon is called 'empty follicle syndrome(EFS)'.Although EFS is a(relatively) rare event in IVF,its consequences are serious.As the failure of oocyte retrieval,it will cause the cycles to be cancelled,which may make much trouble to the patients as well as to the doctors.So it is essential for the doctors to know its etiology,prediction,diagnosis and management.All of these above will be(reviewed) in this article. |
