桂利嗪胃漂浮胶囊的研制

 为提高生物利用度制备了桂利嗪胃漂浮胶囊，并对其漂浮性、释药性及稳定性进行了实验。结果表明，桂利嗪胃漂浮胶囊在人工胃液中可漂浮８ｈ，并能缓慢释放药物，加入乳糖或ＰＶＰ可以加速药物的释放，在室温条件下贮存１８个月，漂浮能力和药物溶出度没有明显变化。

The preparation of hydrodynamic balanced system of cinnarizine cap-sules

Hydrodynamic balanced symtem of cinnarizine capsules were prepared,and theirfloating capability,releasing property and stability were tested.In artificial gastric juice,these-capsules could float up to 8 hours,and drug released slowly;The rate of drug releasing was accel-erated by adding lactose or PVP. Floating capability and drug dissolution rate were not signifi-cantly changed after storing up to 18 months under room temperature.
