生物反馈放松疗法治疗高血压病人的焦虑障碍

摘    要:目的 观察生物反馈放松疗法治疗原发性高血压病人焦虑障碍的临床疗效.方法 对60例原发性高血压伴焦虑障碍的病人,在抗高血压药(氨氯地平)常规治疗的基础上,研究组30例加用生物反馈系统联合放松训练治疗,对照组30例加用抗焦虑药物舍曲林(sertraline)治疗.使用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)、副反应量表及测量诊所血压、评定临床疗效,于治疗前及治疗6周末各评定1次.结果 治疗后两组的HAMA、PSQI总分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),但研究组治疗后的HAMA、PSQI总分比对照组有显著性降低(P<0.05和P<0.01);研究组治疗后的诊所测量的收缩压和舒张压低于对照组(P<0.01)而不良反应少于对照组.结论 生物反馈放松疗法可治疗原发性高血压病人的焦虑障碍,并可明显改善睡眠总体水平、增强抗高血压药的疗效,是高血压病人伴焦虑障碍的一种安全有效的治疗.

Abstract:Objectives To study on clinical effects of the treatment for anxious disorder by biofeedback relaxation therapy in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Sixty cases of middle-old aged patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into biofeedback group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The biofeedback group underwent with biofeedback relaxation therapy for 6 weeks, at the same time of receiving oral anti-hypertension drug(amlodipine). The control group patients took oral anti-anxiety drug(sertraline) and anti-hypertension drug(amlodipine). The clinical effects were assessed by Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA-14), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), side-effects scale (SERS), systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) before and after 6 week treatment. Results The scores of HAMA and PSQI in both two group were significantly lower than pre-treatment(P<0.01), but the scores of HAMA and PSQI in biofeedback group was more obviously decrease than the control group after treatment(P<0.05 and P<0.01). The blood pressure (SBP and DBP) of biofeedback group were significantly lower than control group after treatment(P<0.01). And the biofeedback group had less side-effect than control group. Conclusions Biofeedback relaxation therapy could reduce anxiety in the patients with essential hypertension and improve their sleep quality, as well as increase the effect of anti-hypertension drug. The therapy is a safe and effective for anxious disorder patient with essential hypertension.
