柱桥式接骨板治疗四肢骨折

目的　为了保护骨外膜、降低钢板对骨板的压迫导致的骨板吸收及骨结构紊乱 ,发生骨质疏松 ,影响骨愈合 ,设计一种柱桥式限制接触钢板 ,使其与骨间留一间隙 ,临床由胫腓骨扩大到其他四肢管状骨。方法　采用本钢板用于四肢管状骨折 ,有闭合骨折、开放骨折 ,临床应用 30例 ,进行术后 3个月、6个月、12个月、2 4个月X线随访观察。结果　 30例全部Ⅰ期愈合 ,无 1例感染、骨不连及骨髓炎发生 ,骨痂长势好。结论　柱桥式限制钢板保护骨外膜 ,减少对骨板的压迫 ,降低对骨的应力效应 ,点接触能保持骨的生理弹性 ,减少骨质疏松 ,有利于骨折愈合

Contact Limited Plate for the Treatment of Fractures of Limbs

Objective To design a contact limited plate in colume-brigde form with a gap from bone by application from tibia to other tubular bone in clinic to protect the membrane of bone and decrease the compress on bone so that affected bone absorption and disorder of bone structure and osteoporosis. Methods 30 cases of tubular bone fracture patient with closed or open type were treated with this plate. The X-ray follow-up was taken in 3, 6, 12 and 24 months after operation. Results All cases were healed in first stage without infection, disconnection and myelitis. Conclusion This plate might protect the bone membrane and decrease the compress on bone and stress effect. The point contact could maintain the biologic elasticity of bone and decrease osteoprorosis that be benefit for fracture healing.
