分子印迹复合膜在中草药及天然药物提取分离中的应用概述

摘    要:目的介绍分子印迹复合膜在中草药及天然药物提取分离中的应用。方法就分子印迹复合膜的原理、制备及其在中药活性成分的分离、有效成分的富集、对手性异构体及结构类似物的分离等方面进行综述。结果与结论分子印迹膜是将分子印迹技术与膜分离技术相结合,近年来被广泛运用于中药有效成分的分离。

Abstract:Objective Due to its high selectivity,molecularly imprinted membrane(MIM)incorporated by molecular imprinting technology(MIT)and membrane separation is recently application to separating active components in Chinese medicine.Methods This paper reviewed the preparation principle,methods of MIM and its application to separating,enriching,enantiomeric and analogue separation of active components in Chinese materia medica.Results and Conclusions Molecularly imprinted membrane is the molecular imprinting technique combined with membrane separation technology. In recent years, it has been widely used in the separation of the active ingredients of Chinese medicine.
