胞磷胆碱钠片治疗面神经炎的临床疗效观察

目的评价胞磷胆碱钠片治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法随机将入选的100例面神经炎患者分为治疗组52例（采用胞磷胆碱钠片200mg/次,3次/天联合维生素B1片20mg/次,3次/天及甲钴胺B120.5 mg/次,3次/天进行治疗）与对照组48例（单用维生素B1片20mg/次,3次/天及甲钴胺B120.5 mg/次,3次/天）48例,疗程均为4周,并按面瘫简易评分法评分对比观察效果。结果治疗组中治愈12例,好转28例,总有效例数为49例,总有效率为94.2%;对照组中治愈9例,好转15例,总有效例数为24例,总有效率为50.0%,两组疗效有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,说明治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论胞磷胆碱钠片治疗面神经炎疗效确切,可在临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on citicoline sodium tablets treating facial neuritis

Objective To assess clinical effect of citicoline sodium tablets on patients of facial neuritis.Methods 100 cases of facial neuritis patients were classified into treatment group（52 cases） and control group（48 cases）.The treatment group was treated with citicoline sodium tablets 200mg three times a day,B-vitamins tablets 20mg three times a day and medobalamin injection 0.5mg intramuscular injection three times a day.The control group was treated with B-vitamins tablets 20mg three times a day and medobalamin injection 0.5mg intramuscular injection three times a day.The results were observed by facial neuritis simply assessing index.Results The total effective rate was 94.2% in the treatment group,compared with 50.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Citicoline sodium tablets were effective in the treatment of facial neuritis.
