p21蛋白在食道癌及食道良性增生性病变中的表达

摘    要:目的 :探讨 ras- p2 1蛋白在食道癌及食道良性增生性病变中的表达。方法 :对 75例食道癌标本和 12例食道良性增生性病变标本的石蜡块进行连续切片 ,作常规 HE染色和免疫组化 ,用 S— P法检测 p2 1蛋白的表达水平。结果 :p2 1蛋白的表达水平与食道癌的分化程度密切相关 ,p2 1在高分化组、中分化组与低分化组的表达阳性率分别为80 .85 %、85 %和 10 0 %,结果表明肿瘤分化程度越低 ,p2 1蛋白表达的阳性率越高 ;ras- p2 1在正常组织中无表达 ,在良性增生性病变中阳性率为 33.33%,在食道癌组织中阳性率为 85 %,由此表明 p2 1蛋白的表达水平反映食道病变的严重程度。结论 :通过检测 ras- p2 1蛋白的表达水平 ,不仅可以了解食道癌组织的分化程度 ,指导临床治疗和判断预后 ,而且 p2 1蛋白可以作为一种可靠的标记物 ,对食道癌的早期诊断具有重要价值。

Expression of ras-p21 protein in esophageal cancer and esophageal benign hyperplasia
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression of ras-p21 protein in tissue of esophageal cancer and esophageal benign hyperplasia.Methods:87 specimen were used for study including 75 cases of esophageal cancer and 12 cases of benign esophegeal hyperplasia.HE routine staining were performed before immunohistochemistry analysis,p21 was tested by immunohistochemical examination (S-P method).Results:The expression of p21 protein closely correlated to the differentiation of the esophageal cancer,the positive rate of p21 protein expression in high differential group is 80.85 percent,85 percentin medium differential group,100 percent in low differential group.Contradistinction between any two groups is of significance in the view of statistics(P<0.01).The expression of p21 protein in normal tissue is negative,but is 33.33 percent in esophageal benign hyperplasia gropu,is 85 percent in esophageal cancer group,contradistinction between any two groups is statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The expression of p21 is in response to differential degree of esophageal cancer.The lower the differentiation is,the higher the expression of p21 is.The expression of p21 demonstrate the severity of esophageal lesion.p21 protein can be regarded as a diagnostic label in early diagnosis of esophageal cancer.
