毛冬青对骨科手术后下肢深静脉栓塞的防治研究

目的探讨毛冬青对骨科术后下肢深静脉栓塞(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)的防治作用及不良反应。方法从收治脊柱骨折、骨盆骨折、同侧下肢多发性骨折及关节置换术患者174例,按年龄、病种及手术部位设立对照组。对观察组术后第2天起予毛冬青注射液4ml肌肉注射,1次/d,同时进行CPM功能锻炼,10d后做下肢彩色多普勒超声检查,观察血栓是否形成。结果观察组87例中发生下肢深静脉栓塞(DVT)9例,发生率为10.34%,对照组87例中出现DVT19例,发生率21.84%,两组间发生率存在显著差异(P<0.05),所有病例无肺栓塞(Pulmonary Embolism,PE)临床表现。观察组有6例女性病人出现月经延长,经量稍有增加。结论毛冬青对骨科术后深静脉栓塞的防治具有明显的作用,且不良反应少。

Objective Probe into Mao DongQing towards orthopedics below method afterwards limb deep vein thrombosis protection function and bad reaction.Methods From will it be February 2003 our academy-accept backbone fracture,pelvis fracture for medical treatment,replace skill 174 of patient with side lower extremities multiple fracture and joint will it be February 2006,set up control group according to age,number and operation position.Gave Mao DongQing inoculation fluid 4m1 intramuscular injection to observing from postoperative the next day of group,once a day,carry on CPM function at the same time and do exercises,do the colored Doppler's ultrasonic inspection of lower extremities 10 days later,observe whether the thrombus takesshape.Results Observe 87 of group take place lower extremities dark venous thrombosis 9,incidence 10.34%,87 control groups present DVT19 example,incidence is 21.84%,the prominent difference(P<0.05)exists in the incidence between two groups,all cases have no clinical manifestation of pulmonary embolism.The observation group has 6 example feminine patients to have the menstruation to lengthen,has the increase slightly after the quantity.Conclusion Mao DongQing towards orthopedics behind method deep vein thrombosis protection has clear function,further bad reaction is small.
